If you're putting together next year's budget, you shouldn't have to sit through a sales call to get a number. Here's what it costs.
Annual support and licensing
Pricing is based on the population you serve.

One price covers your whole organization. We don't charge per user, per module, or per workstation. If your bookkeeper, your clerk, and your supervisor all need access, that's included.
Already a client? Your current rate stays where it is. The pricing above applies to new organizations.
One-time setup
Setup covers installation, configuring your chart of accounts to the New York State Uniform System of Accounts, entering your opening balances, and training your staff.

If you're switching from another system, we'll talk through what moves over and what needs to be rebuilt before we quote you.
What annual support includes
This is the part that matters, and it's the reason our clients have stayed with us for twenty and thirty years.
The rules change every year. We track them so you don't have to.
The Uniform System of Accounts gets updated. Reporting requirements shift. The Office of the State Comptroller changes what it wants and when it wants it. Your annual support keeps your software current with all of it, so the reports you file are the reports they're expecting.
Also included:
- Unlimited remote support.Phone and email, plus screen sharing when it's faster to just show you. No ticket limits, no per-incident charges.
- Updates within your version. Fixes and report adjustments come to you at no additional cost.
- AUD and OSC reporting.The annual filings your municipality has to produce, generated from the records you're already keeping.
- Support from people who know New York municipal accounting. Not a call center. The person who answers has done this work.

This is often a good fit if you've lost a bookkeeper, you're between hires, or your records need attention before an audit.
Version upgrades
Every few years we release a major version with substantial new functionality. Those are priced separately and announced well in advance, so you have time to plan for them in a budget cycle. Smaller updates within a version are always included in your annual support.
For your board
We know an invoice can't be paid until your board approves it, and that a meeting missed is a month lost.
Tell us what you need and we'll send a written quote on letterhead you can put straight into a board packet. If it would help to have the numbers broken out a particular way, just say so.
